Next, we visit the Mosque of Al-Refai, a gem of early Mamluk architecture. Constructed between 1356 and 1363 during the Bahri Mamluk period, this mosque is celebrated for its grandeur and innovative architectural elements. It remains one of Cairo's most awe-inspiring historic monuments.
